For International Shipment (Out Of Malaysia), buyers has to
handle the shipment cost. Please email us to enquire the shipping
details for your country Or fill up our
Enquiry Form.
Please also note that each shipment of these items requires
an adult signature upon delivery. If there is no one present
to collect the parcel, it will be sent to the nearest post office
to await your collection. The courier will leave a message informing
you the branch and its address.
When Will My Order Arrive?
We ship all our products via Poslaju Malaysia. After your
order has been sent, you will receive via email &
SMS , the tracking number where you can track the exact
whereabouts of your order.
Assuming that we have the item in stock, you will receive
your order within 3-5 days.
For Example:
Day 1 : You make an order, and make the payment as well.
Day 2 : We will produce your order item.
Day 3 : We ship your order item.
If the particular item is not in stock, there may be a delay
of 2-3 days in which case, we will contact you immediately to
inform you.

Return
Policy
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for
items purchased from KinoCrafts and items are in good sellable
conditions. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective
or damaged. Please include your packing slip with the items
you are returning, wrap the package securely, and ship it back
to the correct address. Items that are returned more than 30
days after delivery will not be entertained.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received
and processed the returned items. You can expect a refund in
the same form of payment originally used for purchase within
7 to 14 days of our receiving your return.
* Excludes all shipping and handling fee. Items must be sent
back to us (shipping borne by you) for a refund or exchange
on your items. We only refund shipping costs only if the return
is a result of our error.
